Breakages

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

Its unlikely but we'll replace it immediately, here's how:

1. E-mail us right away on info@arkivio.co.za with a description of which item is damaged.

2. Depending on the product, we'll arrange a collection of the damaged item.

3. We'll let you know when you can expect your replacement to arrive.

 

*Normal production lead times apply to any replacement items.
