How do I place an order?
Select your desired item and variation by selecting from drop down menu before clicking the 'ADD TO CART' button. Once added to cart you'll be able to enter the quantity and either continue browsing or select the 'CHECK OUT' button to proceed to the delivery details and payments pages.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercards using the PayFast secure online payment gateway.
We also accept EFT payments, details given at Check Out.
How do I know that my order was accepted?
You'll receive an E-mail confirmation shortly after your order has been placed. Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing. If you paid by EFT the funds will need to reflect in our account before we can prepare your order. This can be fast-tracked by having your online banking service send a proof of payment to email@example.com

Can I cancel my order once it's been placed?
As soon as an order is received we begin to prepare the materials and other components, during this time we are unable to modify or cancel your order.
How long will I wait to receive my order?
In each product description the time required to create the item is listed, and in some cases items will be available sooner depending on our current production queue. Once your order is ready you will be notified by E-mail that it is en route with our courier. Deliveries to Johannesburg and Pretoria surrounds take 1 day, while deliveries to the Western Cape take 4 days.
You will be sent the courier waybill number with which you can track your order delivery progress.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please E-mail us right away on email@example.com should your order arrive damaged. We'll need a description of which item is damaged so that we can immediately queue a replacement part to be sent to you as soon as ready.
What if I want to return my order?
If you are unsatisfied with your product and want to return the item, this can be done within 3 days of receipt of the item. You will need to re-package the product in its original packaging to your best ability. We will arrange for our couriers to collect the package from you at a convenient time and you will be refunded for the full purchase price subtracting the return courier charges.
What if I want to exchange my order?
If you are would like to exchange your order for another size or finish, you can contact us to do so within 3 days of receipt of the item. You will need to re-package the product in its original packaging to your best ability. We will arrange for our couriers to collect the package from you at a convenient time and you will be refunded the difference subtracting the return courier charges, or you will need to pay the difference in addition to the return courier charges.
